IPA training on interoperability

Under its IPA Project 2012-2013, the European Railway Agency organises and participates in a series of activities in South East Europe and Turkey to disseminate the EU railway policy for the benefit of the countries aspiring to join the European Union.

Within this framework, the Government of Montenegro invited the Agency to conduct a technical visit on 13 and 14 November 2012. Purpose of the visit is to acquire a first insight of the railway system of Montenegro, to identify the specific needs of the railway system of this country and to strengthen the cooperation network between the European Railway Agency and the country.

The technical visit is planned to incorporate a training session on the interoperability of the railway systems.
